Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MContentPlaner processes information when authorized users operate a workspace, prepare content and connect supported social accounts.

Information we process

• Account, workspace and authorization-role information supplied by users.
• User-created or user-selected media, captions, schedules and approval records.
• OAuth tokens and platform identifiers needed for a connected function.
• Technical, security and audit records needed to protect the service.

TikTok data and permissions

MContentPlaner requests only user.info.basic and video.upload. With the TikTok account owner's authorization, user.info.basic provides the connected account identifier, display name and avatar shown in the private Channels screen. video.upload transfers a video explicitly selected by the authenticated user to that creator's TikTok Inbox as a draft.

MContentPlaner does not request TikTok profile statistics, public video lists or Direct Post permission. It does not automatically publish a TikTok post, select its privacy or complete publication. The creator reviews the draft and makes all publication decisions in TikTok.

Purpose and sharing

TikTok data is used only to identify the connected account and perform an owner-requested Inbox draft upload. It is not sold, used for advertising profiles or shared except with service infrastructure required to perform the requested function, TikTok itself or where required by law.

Storage and protection

OAuth tokens are stored with restricted application access. Media and operational records are protected by workspace authorization, encrypted transport, restricted credentials and security logging. Logs are designed not to contain OAuth tokens, authorization codes or PKCE secrets.

Cookies and technical storage

MContentPlaner uses essential session and security cookies to authenticate users, prevent request forgery and maintain workspace sessions. These cookies are not used to build advertising profiles.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Information is kept only while needed for the service, security and applicable legal obligations. Users can disconnect TikTok in Channels or revoke access in TikTok. Disconnection stops future TikTok API requests. Access, correction and deletion requests may be sent to webmaster@mcontentplaner.com.

Other connected platforms

Other networks may provide different permissions when separately authorized. Their data is used only for the functions selected by the account owner and is governed by this policy and the applicable platform terms.
