Product support

Email webmaster@mcontentplaner.com. Include the workspace name and a description of the issue, but never send passwords, access tokens or OAuth authorization codes.

Disconnect TikTok

Workspace owners can disconnect TikTok in Channels. They can also revoke access from their TikTok account settings. After disconnection, MContentPlaner can no longer make new TikTok API requests for that account.

Privacy and deletion

Requests to access, correct or delete personal information may be sent to the same address. We verify the requester before acting on account data.
